One time I was threatened by a maintenance guy at the place where I work as a tourist guide because he mistook a "hello" for flirting. His boss caught a whiff of the scene. When I returned, the two were waiting for me. I told to the kid that when I have a problem, his boss has a problem because the tourists and their money come with me. And when the boss has a problem, the maintenance guy has a problem too. He got fired right there and then. I kept my cool so he was probably caught off guard, otherwise I'd end up with a bloody nose before the people arrive and it would be an awkward situation. Learned a big lesson that day. Never let bullies drag you into their own way of dealing with shit, it gives them the upper hand.
