Like it or not, your flag is a threat everywhere in the world because of your foreign policy and the habit of rearranging the political landscape of countries when it fits their agenda. I know they did that in former Yugoslavia, Libya and others. Your flag has nothing to do with your president but your power as a country. Clinton could have stopped the conflict here had he wanted to. He didn't because it didn't fit the agenda.
