I've spent my studies with many women in the classes and the amount of petty jealousies, backstabbing and passive aggression was incomprehensibly bigger than among men. This is and was an exclusively gender-related issue, unrelated to politics. That's been corroborated even by my alumni colleagues. At the schools where they're teaching, female students are the worst in terms of peer pressure and bullying. Boyfriends and husbands are reduced to status symbols to brag with. With children it's even worse: all about whose child has the best grades, clothes, success etc. as if they were Birkin bags instead of living humans. There might be men there who abuse their wives or children. But the wife loves nothing better than stick it up to another woman. Again, experience talking.
