It's easy to upgrade because of opportunities and experiences available elsewhere. On the other hand, when you're used to them and choose to relocate to somewhere far, more affordable and simpler, you're sometimes oblivious that you're likely not properly established in the new community, that you'll be culturally or socially downgrading and that you'll be giving up too much compared to the sum you're saving by moving from London. Especially in smaller conservative communities, you'll end up regretting you ever came.
