In my country, the post-war teenagers are bigger nationalists than their parents who actually went through the experience. The hatred and the grudge are passed down through the generations until it's time to start a new conflict because there's no more money left and there's a need for a power shift. Don't even get me started on their concept of religion. It'd chill your bones.
