Church is one of the few organisations where a woman can't reach the top position under any circumstance. Religion and women's rights are incompactible. There are mass gatherings here were men pray for women to preserve traditional values, innocence and stop tempting them with slutty clothes. If you want to live in a world like that, you moght as well move to Afghanistan. There you'd be forced to comply to God. Or at least the men that represent him.
