Bailey opened the dangerous door to actors of colour blaming racism for a lack of success, good roles or talent. Sometimes you were just unfit for the job and too sensitive to take any constructive criticism. That's about ego, not racism. If you're going to pretend feedback isn't important to you, consider switching careers darling. We live in a culture that requires thick skin for people who work in the public arena. If you'll label every criticism on racism, go back to wherever you came from. Or grow up and learn how to deal with it.
